Important: Racevo does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only disclose data to service providers (e.g., PayPal, fulfillment partners, carriers) to operate our store. Even so, you can submit an opt-out request at any time.

If you are a California resident (or reside in a state with similar rights), you may direct us to not sell or not share your personal information. You may also request that we limit the use and disclosure of any sensitive personal information (if collected).

  3. Cookie Preferences (if available) – Click “Manage Preferences” on our cookie banner and disable analytics/advertising cookies. This controls browser-level tracking.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor GPC signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a Do Not Sell/Share request for that browser.

Verification, Agents & Timing

  • Verification: We may request information (e.g., email used at checkout) to confirm your identity.
  • Authorized Agents: You may appoint an agent to submit a request; we may need proof of authorization.
  • Response Time: We aim to respond within 45 days (extensions permitted by law).
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not deny goods/services or charge different prices because you exercised your rights.

What “Sell” / “Share” Means Here

“Sell” generally means transferring personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
“Share” refers to cross-context behavioral advertising.
Disclosing data to service providers (e.g., PayPal for payments; printers/carriers for delivery; hosting/security/analytics providers) to perform services on our behalf is not a sale or share.

  • Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, addresses
  • Commercial: orders, items purchased, size/color choices
  • Internet/technical: IP, device, pages viewed, timestamps (via cookies/logs)
  • Order logistics: carrier tracking and shipping updates

We do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.
