We keep checkout simple and secure. Racevo accepts payments via PayPal.


How It Works

  1. Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Choose PayPal.
  3. You can:
    • Log in to your PayPal account and pay, or
    • Pay as a guest with a debit/credit card through PayPal (where available—PayPal processes the card; we never see your card details).
  4. You’ll receive an order confirmation from Racevo and a payment receipt from PayPal.

Security & Privacy

  • Payments are processed on PayPal’s encrypted, PCI-compliant platform.
  • We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection may apply according to PayPal’s terms.

Charges, Holds & Refunds

  • Charges: The full amount is captured at checkout.
  • Refunds: Issued back to your original PayPal payment method.
  • Timing: Please allow 3–7 business days after we confirm your refund for it to appear, depending on your bank/PayPal.
  • Partial shipments: You may receive multiple tracking numbers, but a single payment covers the order.

Currency & Invoices

  • Currency: USD (United States Dollar).
  • Receipts: Sent to your email and available in your PayPal account.

Troubleshooting

  • Payment declined or error: Try a different PayPal funding source or contact PayPal Support.
  • Duplicate charge concern: Reach out to us with your order number and any PayPal transaction ID and we’ll investigate.
  • Guest checkout unavailable: Availability is controlled by PayPal and may vary by region/account status.
