Return & Refund Policy (60-Day Free Returns)

We want you to love your gear. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return it free within 60 days of delivery—no restocking fees.


What’s Eligible

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags/packaging.
  • Incorrect/Damaged Items: We’ll replace or refund. Please include photos when you contact us.
  • Exclusions:
    • Personalized/customized items (unless received defective or incorrect)
    • Final sale/clearance items
    • Normal wear and tear or damage from improper care

How to Start a Return (Free & Easy)

  1. Contact us with your order number, item(s), and reason:
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label (USA).
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
  4. Drop off at the indicated carrier location.
  5. We’ll notify you once the return is received and processed.

Prepaid labels are provided for U.S. returns only. If your order had multiple shipments, items may need to be returned separately.


Exchanges

Want a different size or design? Start a return as above and note “exchange”. We’ll ship the replacement after we receive your return (or issue a refund and you can reorder—your choice).


Refunds

  • Method: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Timing: 3–7 business days after your return passes inspection
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen the refund after our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank or card issuer (processing times vary).
  2. If still missing after 7 business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
