Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
United States only (for now).
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping within the USA.
How long does it take?
- 2D Printed (US print & ship): Handling 1–2 business days; transit 4–7 business days
- 3D/AOP (Asia partners): Handling 3–5 business days; transit 10–12 business days
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen based on speed and destination).
Why did I receive multiple packages?
Orders with mixed items (e.g., a Hawaiian shirt + a tee) may ship from different facilities, so they can arrive separately with different tracking numbers.
How do I track my order?
We email/SMS your tracking link when a label is created. If you don’t see it, check Spam/Promotions, then contact us with your order number.
Tracking shows “Label Created” but no movement—what now?
Carrier scans can be delayed 24–72 hours during peak periods. If it hasn’t updated after 72 hours, message us and we’ll check with the carrier.
Can I change/cancel my order after placing it?
We’ll try if the item hasn’t entered production yet. Contact us asap with your order number; changes aren’t guaranteed once printing begins.
Products & Sizing
How do sizes run?
Most garments are true-to-size; check the size chart on each product page. For relaxed fits, consider sizing up, especially for AOP/Hawaiian styles.
Care instructions?
Wash cold, inside-out; gentle cycle; avoid bleach/fabric softener; tumble dry low or hang dry; do not iron directly on the print.
Will colors match what I see on screen?
Minor differences are normal due to displays, lighting, and print methods. We run QC checks for color and alignment.
Are your designs official/licensed?
No—our designs are fan-made and are not affiliated with or endorsed by NASCAR, F1, MotoGP, teams, or drivers. Names are descriptive only.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
60-day free returns from delivery on most items in new condition (unworn, unwashed). We’ll email you a prepaid return label for U.S. returns.
Any exclusions?
Personalized/custom items (unless defective), final-sale/clearance items, and normal wear/tear are excluded.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us with your order number, the item, and reason (photos if quality-related). For exchanges, note your preferred size/design.
When will I get my refund?
Typically 3–7 business days after the return passes inspection, back to your original payment method.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal only. (PayPal Guest Checkout with a card may be available—processed by PayPal; we never see your full card details.)
Is checkout secure?
Yes—payments are processed on PayPal’s encrypted, PCI-compliant platform.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not currently charge sales tax. If that changes, it will be shown at checkout.
Production & Fulfillment
Where are items made and shipped from?
- 2D Printed: Made and shipped in the USA
- 3D/AOP: Produced by vetted Asia partners with strict QC
Do you offer custom designs?
Not at this time.
Delivery Issues
My order is marked “Delivered,” but I don’t have it.
Check mailbox/porch and with household/neighbors; look for a follow-up scan within 24 hours. If still missing, contact us—we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
The item arrived damaged/incorrect.
Please send photos of the item and shipping label. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
