This page explains how we process and ship your order, typical timelines, and what to expect after checkout.
Where We Ship
- United States only at this time.
Order Cut-Off
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) start processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day.
Order Processing Times
- 2D Printed Items (US print & ship) — T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Mugs
Handling: 1–2 business days - 3D / All-Over-Printed Items (Asia partners) — Hawaiian Shirts, AOP T-Shirts, AOP Hoodies, Ugly Sweaters, Baseball Jerseys
Handling: 3–5 business days
We’ll email tracking as soon as a label is created. During peak seasons, carrier scans may be delayed.
Transit Times (USA)
- 2D (US print & ship): Typically 4–7 business days
- 3D/AOP (Asia partners): Typically 10–12 business days
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (selected based on speed, destination, and service reliability).
Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping within the USA.
Tracking & Notifications
- A tracking link is sent to your email/SMS when your order ships.
- Orders with multiple items or product types may ship separately with different tracking numbers.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you need a correction, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update before fulfillment.
Delivery Issues
- No movement or delay: Carriers can experience scan gaps. If your tracking appears stuck, contact us and we’ll check directly with the carrier.
- Marked “Delivered” but not received:
- Check mailbox/porch and ask household/neighbors
- Look for a notice or follow-up scan within 24 hours
- If still missing, message us so we can assist
- Damaged in transit: Keep the packaging and send clear photos of the item + label; we’ll organize a replacement or solution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- We do not charge sales tax at this time. (Subject to change based on applicable regulations.)
- No customs/duties apply for domestic U.S. shipments.
Holiday & Peak Season Notes
- Processing and carrier transit may take longer during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods. We’ll keep you updated if we foresee delays.
